TCEQ makes addendums to forms, impacting local area

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) program June 10 announced an addendum to the Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) and Application Form (TCEQ-20908), which impact Southeast Texas.
Change to the RFGA: Page 5 is amended by adding the counties in the Beaumont-Port Arthur Area to the list of Nonattainment Areas.
Change to Application Form (TCEQ-20908): The cover page is amended by adding the counties in the Beaumont-Port Arthur Area to the list of Nonattainment Areas.
GAFF applications must be received by 12 a.m. Central Time on June 15.
