Entergy Texas donates $100,000 to nonprofits in the Golden Triangle for Hurricane Harvey relief

Entergy Texas donated $100,000, designated for Golden Triangle nonprofits, on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2017, just a portion of the more than $500,000 the company has put into Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. The presentations were made at The Laurels in Beaumont.

International Paper donates $50K to local schools, charities

International Paper Orange Containerboard Mill has awarded $50,000 in foundation grants to local community organizations. Grants were awarded by the IP Foundation in Memphis, Tennessee.

“We feel privileged to be able to assist our local nonprofits and organizations in their efforts to serve this community,” said Ed Barr, Mill Manager. “We look forward to seeing the great results they achieve.”
