PATV Powersports and Offroad coming to Orange

Tuesday morning, June 10, the Orange City Council made a motion approving the Orange Economic Development Corporation to enter into an agreement with PATV Powersports and Offroad for the expenditure of funds in an amount not to exceed $192,000 for infrastructure improvements at 9590 I-H 10, a voluntary annexation, and a property tax abatement for three years. The new business estimates a $1.3 million capital investment, and will provide jobs for up to 15 full-time employees and five to 10 part-time employees.
 Owner of PATV Powersports and Offroad Brent Ritchey explained the new location will allow the company to feature dealer lines such as Polaris, Can-Am, and Seadoo. According to Orange Mayor Larry Spears, the facility will be feature the “Ride Before You Buy” option similar to Genes Powersports Country in Baytown.
